Breanna Bonner
Student Mentor, Human Rights Close to Home
Breanna Bonner, from Kansas City, Missouri, is a rising sophomore double-majoring in Human Rights and Political Science. Her research interests include exploring contemporary and historical attempts at transformative justice, analyzing the role of aesthetic theory and art in human rights advocacy, and exploring the strengths and limitations of human rights law. Breanna is also a freelance columnist for The Kansas City Defender and the 2023-2024 Undergraduate Research Fellow for the Humanities Institute.
