Ciara DeMott

Student Mentor, Human Rights Close to Home

Ciara DeMott is a rising senior working on a dual degree in Political Science and Human Rights with a minor in Spanish. Ciara is interested in human rights and civic actions. Ciara has worked at the Connecticut Office of US Senator Chris Murphy and was a campaign coordinator for UConn PRAXIS. Ciara is the Chapter President of Pi Beta Phi and a participant member of  the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) Women’s Leadership Collective and HuskyTHON DEI Committee.
